			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Join Denny Griffin, Andrew DiDonato and some very special guests this Sunday for a private screening of  <a href="http://survivingthemob.com" target="_blank">Surviving the Mob</a></p>
<p>From 1983 through 1997 Andrew DiDonato was a street soldier for the Nicky Corozzo faction of the Gambino organized crime family. During that time his criminal activities included burglary, robbery, drug dealing, counterfeiting, forgery, fraud, conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder. In 1996 he was one of two men assigned by Nick Corozzo to kill John Gotti Junior. However, before the murder could take place, Andrew, Corozzo and Gotti himself were arrested and jailed on unrelated charges.</p>
<p>Andrew became a government witness in 1997. His subsequent testimony placed a number of his former colleagues from the Gambino and other New York City crime families behind bars. He testified against Junior Gotti in his 2005 trial.</p>
<p>The 2 Reel Production Company of Henderson has filmed a documentary of Andrew&#8217;s life titled <em>Surviving the Mob</em>. It was the Fourth of July and it was hot. It was always hot in Las Vegas in July, but to many of the 40 or so FBI agents and Metro officers working a special assignment it seemed even hotter than normal. And that was only the temperature. If things worked out as planned, the heat would get even more intense for Spilotro&rsquo;s Hole in the Wall Gang.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[While Metro&nbsp;was engaging in verbal battles with Tony Spilotro and his attorney Oscar goodman, they&nbsp; continued their&nbsp;efforts to put pressure on Tony Spilotro and his boys. Ernest Davino, one of the Hole in the Wall Gang regulars, was arrested on January 22, 1981. During a search of his residence at 2:45 that morning, a lock pick and a vial containing 26 black and orange pills were discovered and determined to be illegal drugs.
